Q. Can we use all of the promotions from this website or can we only select certain promotions?

A. You can download and use any promotion from this website as long as it is within the specified active dates of the promotion. Please be sure to launch on time for maximum benefit and pull down on the last day the offer is active.

Q. Will you customize some of these promotions so they look slightly different from other dealers using the same promotion?

A. The short answer is no, we cannot customize these promotions; we simply do not have the resources to fulfill that form of request. However, if there is a banner size you need not made available in this website please let your ACCO sales representative know and they can facilitate that request.

Q. I do not have a marketing staff to download and set up these promotions on my website. Will ACCO provide that service for me?

A. Please refer to the Quick Launch Guide in the download section of each Cross Brand Promotion. The Quick Launch Guide will help you better understand how to implement the various marketing tools for these promotions on your site. We unfortunately are unable to implement the promotions for dealers and have worked to make it easy as possible to handle at each dealer.

Q. I like the promotions and am uncertain on how to implement the various marketing tools/promotions? Is there a guide or someone I can speak with to walk me through how to do this?

A. Please refer to the Quick Launch Guide in the download section of each Cross Brand Promotion. The Quick Launch Guide will help you better understand how to implement the various marketing tools for these promotions on your site. Q. I currently have a contract with another brand and cannot use your Cross Brand Promotions because it features a competing brand. Can I ask ACCO to remove that brand from the various cross branded marketing promotions so I can still use it?

A. ACCO develops cross-branded tools for dealers supporting the breadth of our various market leading brands so in most cases we find it works. If however, you need to remove a brand, you could choose to modify the creative. Another option is to use our Single Brand Promotions or Consumer Offers that best align with the ACCO brands you do support.

Q. Do I have to link the promotion banner ads to the landing page marketing tool in the cross branded promotions?

A. You have an option to download and use all of the marketing tools or only those that make the most sense to you and your customers. We find that dealers have the greatest success if they load the digital landing page and associate the SKUs with the appropriate brand button. Banners on the dealer site should then point to this landing page so that the end-user is led right to the dealer product page for consideration and purchase. If you choose however to only download and use the Consumer Offers as a destination for the banners, we appreciate your support and you do have that option.

Q. As a dealer I am what is considered stockless. In order to use these marketing tools do I have to buy direct and stock products from ACCO?

A. No, these promotions support all dealers whether stocking or stockless as well as those who pull only from wholesale.  The item selection criteria that is chosen for these promotions is to select products supported by both United Stationers and SP Richards.

Q. Outside of the promotion email that was sent to me how do I get this to the ACCO Promotions Website?

A. The ACCO Promotions Website is accessible from ACCOBrandsPartner.com Register at ACCOBrandsPartner.com by clicking the blue "Register" button, fill in the required fields and click submit. You'll receive a login (the email address you used to register) and a password. Once you login, you can change the password under My Account. You'll see the large banner inviting you to click here for the ACCO Independent Dealer & Wholesaler Promotional Website.

Q. How do I ensure the best experience using the site? Is there a browser that's recommended?

A. It is recommended you use the most recent version of Internet Explorer and not IE8 or below. Chrome and other browsers also provide an optimal viewing and download experience.
